Services and pricing

What we do, and exactly what it costs.

Tax first, then books, then the planning that makes both worth more. Every fee is published below.

What we do

Three servicefamilies, in theorder they matter.

Tax first, because everyone needs it. Books next, because they keep the tax work honest. Planning last, because it pays most once the first two are true.

01

Tax preparation

Individual, business, and multi-state returns prepared and filed by an Enrolled Agent, with a plain read of what the return is telling us.

  • Individuals, sole proprietors, and rental owners
  • S-Corps and partnerships
  • Multi-state and first-year filings
  • IRS notices and representation
02

Bookkeeping

Monthly books closed on time, so the numbers you decide with are current rather than a guess.

  • Monthly categorization and reconciliation
  • Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash view
  • Cleanup of prior-year messes
  • Quarterly check-ins on the trend
03

Tax planning and advisory

The part most people never get. Entity choice, owner pay, timing, and what a growth year really costs. Written down.

  • Entity selection and S-Corp analysis
  • Quarterly estimates you can trust
  • Owner pay and retirement strategy
  • One-on-one training on your own numbers

Payroll

We don’t run payroll in house. We’ll refer you to a provider we trust and stay in the loop so it lines up with your books.

Getting started

It’s a short conversation first.

You tell us what’s going on, we tell you what you actually need, and you get a fixed quote. One return is a fine place to start.

Next marker

Know the price. Then decide.

Send a note and get a fixed quote back from Abel, not a proposal deck.
